ROTORUA:

In the heart of New Zealand’s North Island lies Rotorua. This is a place where you can experience the true depth of what Aotearoa has to offer. A place where you’re a visitor, not just a tourist.

Rotorua is like a world within a world: a region with some of New Zealand’s most iconic natural attractions, from dormant volcanoes and geothermal wonders to pristine lakes and magical forests; a place that offers an incredible array of experiences, from adrenaline and adventure to enrichment and relaxation; a warm and welcoming people who are proud of sharing their rich Māori culture with you; and so much more.

Whether you want to recharge in natural hot springs, feel the thrill of flying downhill in a Luge or ZORB, escape amid 200km (124 miles) of mountain biking trails, run into the crater of a dormant volcano, raft the world’s highest commercially rafted waterfall, experience true connection with Māori culture, or all of the above – it’s all here. Experiences unlike any other. Moments that mean more. Memories you’ll cherish forever.
